At the same time we were recording our first away win at Rockcliff and will need much more of the same in the coming weeks - if we are to secure a place in the new level 6 next season.
Before that we need to keep our unbeaten home record going against our close rivals. Selection problems this week have been of the better kind with only Adam Brown injured and the likes of Will Hilditch, Chris Atkins and Liam Bailey available again. Will provides backs cover, while Liam comes into the back row alongside Isaac Robinson and Andy Turner who scored twice on his return from long term injury last week.
Chris Atkins will also be on a strong looking bench with Tom Robertson also able to cover any position in the back five.
Michael Hogan was another returnee, playing a significant part in a win which saw the home pack dominated in the set-piece, and he'll start alongside Jake Linighan in the second row. Not surprisingly the front row is also unchanged.
The backs also get the chance to go again. Lewis Scott and Max Tennant were looking particularly sharp last week with Max also crossing twice.
The Stags were due to host Durham City. Unfortunately, City have cried off but we have been fortunate in getting a game at Horden iinstead.
