The Borthwick Suite

One of the most versatile function rooms in Hartlepool catering for everything from family birthday parties and wedding receptions to seminars and exhibitions

Two sets of large bi-fold doors provide a light and airy environment and the opportunity to take a break in the fresh air.

Parties

The Borthwick Suite can be split into two - each with its own bar. We can accommodate up to 150 people at dining tables in the main room or up to 180 by opening up the soundproof screen. We have a licence until midnight.

You can provide your own buffet or use your own caterer.

Party hire - Non Club Members

Full function room £200  + £50 refundable deposit* (180 people)

Room hire Large room -   £150 + £50 refundable deposit*  (140 people) 

Turner Bar (Small Function Room) - £100 + £50 refundable deposit*  (40 people) 

Stag Bar (when available) -£60 (80 people)

.*Deposit will not be refunded if there are breakages, damage to furnishings or if guests are found to have brought in their own drinks.

Exhibitions, Conferences and Seminars in Hartlepool

The Borthwick Suite provides one of the most attractive and easily accessible exhibition and conference venues in Hartlepool. It can accommodate up to 250 delegates theatre style or 160 cabaret style

The 3.5m screen and HD laser projector offer superb quality with cone directional speakers the length of the ceiling. Just plug your laptop into the wall panel.

Our sophisticated sound system allows you to play your own music from bluetooth, cd,or usb stick.The spill out room also allows for coffee breaks and buffet lunches.

Room hire for Exhibitions and Seminars

Just £25 per hour including water and orange juice on tables. Tea, coffee and biscuits @ £2.50 a head. White cotton table cloths @ £3 per table.
