Will At Full Back
Regional 2 North looks like being an interesting one this season. Percy Park lead having scored a total of 107 points in their first two home games - all against West and Penrith who meet at Brinkburn this week ..

On the debit side Park conceded 35 points to West and 48 to Penrith, which sets up this week's game quite nicely. Both clubs have six points from the opening games with Penrith earning five points in their opening 66-14 defeat of Sunderland.

This week's visitors are tipped for a quick return to Regional One, along with Consett who were able to attract George McGuigan as head coach during the summer. He is aided by player-coach Yaree Fantini who was Blaydon's leading try scorer last season. But, in keeping with an intriguing start to the league season, Consett were unable to manage a single point at Keswick last week where the hosts managed to score 33. No doubt the league will settle down soon after such a long summer lay-off.

Jobe Roxby has had a great start to the season, scoring a total of 32 points in West's first two games. However, he is away for a couple of weeks so Matt Siddle steps up to fly-half with Joe Cholmondeley at scrum half and Will Hilditch moving to centre in place of the injured Ollie Connolly. Jacob Wood starts on the left wing in place of the unavailable MaxTennant.

There were some stand-out performances in the pack last week, including from the returning Aidan Jackson-Smith who scored twice, and with both Jake Linighan and Elliot Reed leading from the front.

As a result the pack will be unchanged with Isaac Robinson returning to provide back row cover from the bench.

Zac Southern returns for the Stags who make the trip across the Tees to take on Acklam Firsts in Counties North East Two South It's an experienced back line with Rob Thorn joining Greg Edwards and Kyle Jamieson.

There's also a seasoned front row with Jack Angus and Adam Hutchinsion partnering Fraser Henderson.

The Bucks make their own bit of history taking on Hartlepool II's in Counties 3 at Brinkburn. It'll be very much a mixture of experience and youth with a notable mention for Phill Jukes who will be in the pack after his stint as a Durham referee. Ollie Webster also makes a welcome return afrter missing most of last season.
