That took the score from a comfortable 12-6 after tries from Bage and Alex H to 12-32.

The Stags then woke up again and dominated game was again. Running in 3 tries from Painter, Alfie Powell and Nugent, score 27-32.

The game was for the taking but somehow Bagey managed to drop the ball when over the line much to the amusement of the Old Boys crowd.
