Stags Take Centre Stage
No game for the Firsts this week but a good workout in prospect for the Stags as they host Durham University Palatinates in the CaNDY league kick off 3.00

The Uni put 100 points on Peterlee and Horden  last week so it will be a stiff challenge for the second team who cme into the game off the back of a very useful 17-15 win at City last week.

Last week’s last minute penalty hero, Danny Quinn starts at 10 with Jacob Parker at 9. 

Will Hilditch will be on the wing with  hooker Aidan Jackson-Smith  back after celebrating his 21st birthday. Ollie Mossop,who had an impressive debut on the wing for the Firsts last week. starts at full back.

Strong looking Stags Squad - great to see.

I'm assuming that Mixie's Dog has been dropped this week then ? That must have been a tight call.

It will be a good fitness test against the Uni.
