So we’d like to highlight our Equity Policy in which we are committed to respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person and will treat everyone equally within the context of their sport, regardless of age, ability, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief, sexuality or socio/economic status.
We are committed to everyone having the right to enjoy their sport without threat of intimidation, harassment or abuse.
All club members have a responsibility to oppose discriminatory behaviour of any kind, and it is their duty to bring any such behaviour to the attention of the Board. Any incidents of discriminatory behaviour will be dealt with seriously and in accordance with club policies.
In addition we have a responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all children involved in the Club from harm and this is covered in our Safeguarding Policy

As our teams throughout the club commence their phased return to training, and hopefully playing in some form soon, we thought it would be a good time to remind players, members and indeed all who are involved that conduct and behaviour is an important element of our rugby family.
