The run began with the draw at Penrith followed by the close run defeat at Alnwick, and a result will be needed at Percy Road  if we are to stay in top spot - with Penrith clear favourites to beat Guisborough at home. Of course, all three have to visit Brinkburn in the second half of the season.

We go into this game with the usual crop of enforced changes. This time it's Peter Youll's turn to support England at Twickenham, while Ryan Painter is still on holiday and Aaron Myers working. Michael Hogan and Sam Miller are joined in the physio room by Jay Corbett who injured his arm against Morpeth.

However, Joe Rafferty is back to resume his partnership with John Bunter in the second row.

In the backs Matt Siddle continues after an excellent debut last week with Checksfield moving to the centre to partner Eldon Myers.

Pock are sitting nicely in fourth place and until last week they were doing very well at home. They've hosted both Alnwick and Penrith and beat them both, but slipped last week losing 21-19 to Dinnington who are next up at Brinkburn.

They've also been hitting the headlines for the work done by their new Director of Rugby in promoting the game in Guam. Kiwi Tony Penn spent some time coaching  on the island in the Western Pacific and as a result Pock now have five players from there - although not all of them are making the first XV.
