Sadly Tiffany has been recently admitted to Newcastle RVI and has been receiving chemotherapy treatment.
Elmo is in regular touch and says: "Tiff remains positive and smiling throughout her stay at the hospital.
"She has asked that we pass on her thanks to everyone at the club for the cards, cakes and hoodie she received from West.
"Hopefully she may be able to come home this week for a couple of days before undergoing a repeat treatment. Tiff has taken the brave decision to shave her hair off and at the moment is sporting black eyes (a side effect of the treatment) but is still in good spirits.
"I have approached local rugby clubs asking if they would care to send a get well soon card/message of support to Tiff and the family. There has been positive responses to date and Mark Laycock is sorting an item from Newcastle Falcons for Tiff."
Before going into hospital Tiffany received her award from the Hartlepool Youth Parliament who organised the The Future's Bright, The Future's Young People's Awards where she was nominated in the Volunteering in the Community category.
Her nomination read : "Tiff is a mature young lady with an insatiable appetite for assisting with hospitality and catering activities within WHRFC each weekend and during the season."
Tiff is on facebook messenger if anyone wishes to get in touch, and we all look forward to seeing her in "Elmo's Pantry" in the new clubhouse.
