West started strongly with a super run from Jay Corbett (above) who skittled several defenders. The ball though was turned over and City cleared the lines. It was City however who scored first via a bulldozing run from their inside centre. 7-0.
West however were on the attack again with Corbett scoring and Quinny missing a sitter. 7-5.
After this the majority of the game was played between 22's with no side getting the upper hand. West were next to score through Mozza ( inset) who didn't know he had scored.
Blockhead then decided to make mass substitutions but didn't remember how many he had taken off. Thankfully Dicko managed to sort out the problem.

West then scored via Sammy Miller (above) who had managed to break into a trot. I think Miller then scored again but I was distracted.
Durham played very well and were a committed team who obviously play every week.
Well done to both sides.
Final score 22-17.
