The difference between home and away performances is now quite marked with the lack lustre display at Malton & Norton the latest example. Travelling North doesn't seem to be a problem but the Yorkshire hoodoo still exists with only a solitary win at bottom placed Sheffield to show so far this season.
Drififeld will be another big challenge - as they always are at Kellythorpe. There was a time when we got a good hammering whenever we turned up in East Yorkshire, but we won there 22-17 back in 2011 and this season prevented them scoring at Brinkburn while scoring 26 points ourselves.
At that time Driff were in the middle of a very poor run which saw them lose eight games on the trot. They reacted by bringing in some new players including much travelled Tongan No 8 Tony Maka.
As a result they've gone on to win half their games and are fairly comfortable in mid-table, although not totally out of danger.
So it'll be a hard fought game, as ever, and the coaches will be looking to to the pack in particular to put in the same effort as last week.
