Ryan Painter
Another week .... another load of enforced changes. Andrew Foreman injured his knee last week and is likely to be missing for some time. Fortunately, Ryan Painter is back from his ski-ing sojourn in the Yorkshire Alps and resumes at scrum half ...

Jon Boatman is also back after missing last week because of family commitments, and will start at No 8 with the impressive Sam Miller moving back to the flank.

Michael Hogan is the latest to take a weekend break away so Andy Robson will replace him alongside Nathan Myers, while the versatile Ross Wood starts in the front row with Ian Pinchen still poorly and Anth Carr missing with work commitments.

Things are slightly easier in the backs - despite Foreman's absence. Scott Butcher and Greg Edwards are available again and come back into the side. Luke Mallinson retains the 15 shirt after a solid display at Billingham.

They will face the only side below us in the league. Kendal are also facing a ten point deduction because they played full back Simon Mulholland after he had been de-registered because his work permit had expired. They have, however, appealed.

West from: Luke Mallinson, Scott Butcher, Andrew Cheslin, Colin Cheslin,  Greg Edwards, Stu Waites, Ryan Painter, Ross Wood, Andrew Dixon, Adam Coates, Andy Robson, Nathan Myers, Sam Miller, Dan Boatman, Jon Boatman. Reps from: Zac Southern, Tom Armstrong, Carl Robinson, Alex Barker, Jay Corbett.

Let's have the same effort as last week but a different result. Good luck lads.
