COMFORTABLE WIN FOR HYTHE 1's Hythe 1's cruised to a comfortable 4 wkt win over O.S.C.C yesterday. Matt Youngs unbeaten side produced a strong fielding performance to reduce the map men to 125-5. Hythe repled with both Harry Smith 27* (left) & Dave Guymer 25* in good form. Hythe getting home with 14 balls remaining.

Unbeaten 1's Coast To 4 Wkts Win

 

Hythe 1's maintained their 100% record with a comfortable 4 wkt win over O.S.C.C with 14 balls to spare.

Ordnance Survey batted first with Dan Heritage top scoring with 29. Hythe were strong good in the field with 4 run out s and a stumping. Matt Howe impressed with the ball 0-20 off 3 which included 11 dot balls. Harry Smith also put in a decent shift 1-27 off 3 overs with 9 dot balls. O.S.S.C ending on a slightly below par 125 for 5.

Hythe lost Matt Young early 6 but once Harry Smith retired 27* and Dave Guymer retired 25* - Hythe took control. Helped by 56 extras Hythe got home with 14 balls to spare - Matt Howe 8* and Josh Mead 3*.
