West is the first club on Sportnetwork to offers its players, members and supporters a superb new personalised service via the club's website. For less than £3 a month you'll be able to have your own westrugby.co.uk e-maill address, gain access and contribute to the club's online diary of games, training sessions, social events and contact lists as well as have lots of file storage for important documents such as college dissertations - as well as your own photo album storage area.

The Club will directly benefit from 25% of your subscription

When you sign in you'll see you own version of the West Rugby Site with a personalised welcome bar at the top of the page telling you how many e-mails in your inbox as well as quick links to all of your new services.
This is what you get :

Webmail. Every subscribed member is given a West webmail e.g. supercodhead@westrugby.co.uk. Based on the award-winning postmaster email engine, with generous storage, virus protection and efficient anti-spam tools, this an email account worth having.

Every member has a personal Contacts system and allows shared address lists for the Club to manage important contact details.

Online Calendar. Members can schedule their own events, the Club can co-ordinate a Fixtures diary, Corporate partners can access a Hospitality diary, Youth Coaching can alerts members to the next training sessions. All through one integrated view.

With the proliferation of digital cameras and phones, online Photo Albums are the easy way to share those snaps. A healthy storage allowance and the option to password-protect albums make our Photo Album simple yet secure.

Storing files and folders in your own online File Store leaves them available whenever you need them most – at any Internet connection. Private and Public options let you choose to share – or not – your important files with any other user online.

Online chat offers the team the chance to schedule player or management online interviews, or simply lets members communicate with other supporters in real time. l.

Collaborative Centres provide a distinct area for all the Club’s communities. For example, a Youth Coaching Centre would only be viewable by members of the scheme, and may have their own calendar, file store, discussion forum and contacts list – all unique to the group.
