Squad for Morpeth

Squad for Morpeth
Sweating
The flu bug has disrupted preparation for the vital home game against Morpeth [Brinkburn Saturday 2.15]. Anth Carr and Allan Milne are among the victims [actually it's more of a bad cold] while others such as Darren Thomas have not been seen since Boxing Day.

Hopefully they'll all be able to train tonight leaving Mark Cholmondeley and Brett Cullinane the only definite non-starters. Chummers has a broken bone in his foot while Brett is still enjoying his holiday back in New Zealand.

Morpeth have already named their squad which includes former Northern fly half Matthew Jinks - he will punish is for any indiscretions in our own half. Hooker David Dickinson was the man who did us some damage in a game we should have won in Northumberland.

That game changed when Brett was forced off with knee ligament damage, although we should have been out of sight by then. The injury allowed Chocky to make his return but he wasn't able to make the same impact he did against Rovers on Boxing Day.
