The coaches had hoped that Jon would continue with us after registering at the end of the year and now they have got their wish.

Flanker Jonny Boatman has signed from Mowden and is likely to come into the side which faces Horden at Brinkburn on Saturday. The former North Under 19's and Flacons Second XV player has already worn the West shirt... he played in both the Rovers and Nissan 7s.
