Pre-Season Training

The first team squad will be getting in shape for the new season with an intensive three day session at Lancaster University. They'll finish off with a warm up match at nearby Vale of Lune on August 17th.

Last season the alds had a hard week in Ireland where Nick Matthews had them running two miles uphill just to get to the training pitch. He's promising similar delights this year.

Coaches Greg Dougall and Stu Whitehead will also be there.

Most of the squad have said they will be able to attend but there's still no news of any new faces. John Stabler, Dave Ince and skipper Jamie Connolly have formed a committee to headhunt some new additions but are playing their cards close to their chests.
