Chairman Stuart Murray has been in talks with the College for some time following the fire which put the Pavilion temporarily out of use.
He says: "It is great news for the club and will tide us over while we go through the grants process which, we hope, will eventually provide us with a superb new facility.
"It will mean a lot of work for loyal club supporters during the summer as a fair amount of work needs to be done. But such is the spirit in the club we have had everyone from coaches, players and supporters impatient to find out when they can get paint brushes in their hands.
"The answer to that is 'very soon!' We need to get some expert advice on what can be done and then we can get started. I am confident it will be in shape for the start of the new season in September."
The dressing rooms will provide changing accommodation for the first team and Stags as well as West Amateurs on Saturdays. Juniors and minis will be in there on Sunday mornings with the existing football teams using the facilities at other times.
Meanwhile a bid for ActiveEngland funding for a brand new facility was lodged last month.
