Davy managed 20 conversions and 27 penalties and his total of 121 was behind Paul Hagan of Westoe who had 142 and Patterson of Hull with 141. Surprisingly Jinks of bottom club Northern was just behind Davy with 120 points.
Arguably Tighe and Jinks deserve more credit as neither we nor Morpeth had any try scorers in the top 20. That competition was won by the flying machine Leroy McKenzie of Hull with 19 tries. Aussia fly half Jake Havebond of Sandal was second 1t tries.
