The third bottom club will be facing a side which will have three Millers in the squad. Paul retains his place on the wing, with Panda dropping to full back to replace Martin Todd who is on tour with the Sixth Form College side. The other two Millers are Carl and his older brother Scott who returned to the club some time ago but has not been able to play because of long term injury. He'll be on the bench as a centre replacement.
Darren Thomas has a knee injury so Davy Tighe moves back to 9 with Phil Wallis at 10.
Dan Abrahams will be the other wing with the pack very much as expected. John Painter will be on the bench as front row cover after Gez's nasty knee injury playing for the Stags last week. Phil Gilbraith will be the other replacement.
Bridlington have changed their personnel since we held them to an 11-11 draw on horrendously windy day earlier in the season. Our second half performance into the teeth of the storm that day was arguably our best 40 minutes of the season as we stopped them from scoring. The game was also memorable for a pushover try from Brid where they used a 15 man maul!
Since then coach Carl Thewlis has left after disagreements over team selection and their big Aussie No 8 has gone back home. Kiwi Jamie Muru is still there but has now moves to 12 after causing us some problems when he was at fly half.
The internal wranglings go some way to explaining Brid's fall into the bottom three. They were a hard effective side earlier in the season but have never travelled well in this league.
Two former West stalwarts - Jonty Groves of Horden and Alan Brown of Stockton will be hoping things stsay that way otherwise their clubs could be relegated instead.
