Chocky had admitted calling the Westoe team manager a "f*****g cheat" when they clashed after the Westoe winger had scored in the corner.
In deciding on the length of the ban the panel took into account Chocky's previous disciplinary record.
West Chairman Stuart Murray, who represented Chocky at the hearing said: "It was a fair hearing. We had requested a full hearing because we held our own inquiry immediately after the incident and we felt that this was a heat of the moment exchange with faults on both sides.
"It is another blow for Chocky, whose conduct in every other game this season has been entirely commendable, but the most important thing is for him to recover from a very serious injury and return to work."
