The side to take on Redcar won't be decided until after Friday night's short but sharp training session. The management is eager to shake off the Boxing Day hangover and get back to playing to the system which has started to produce results - with the side unbeaten in the last four league games.

There will be enforced changes with the chance of one or two unenforced.

Darren Thomas will be at scrum half following Davy Tighe's shoulder injury. There is also a big doubt over Henry Tones's shoulder after he managed to play against Rovers - but did the injury no favours.

Allan Milne could be back after his hamstring injury but, like several others, his return depends on whether he makes the Friday training session. With both Tim Sawyer and Davy Tighe missing the captain will be Stu Bennett.

Redcar have named their side despite their Tuesday training session being hit by the frost. It's mainly the side which sneaked a win over us at their place in November.

On that day we spent the second half camped in their 22 but failed to get the score we needed.
