Following the game last March, West Park also cited Chocky and he was eventually banned "sine die" by Durham RFU because he failed to appear before them on the advice of his solicitor.
That decision has now been revoked after Chocky missed out on the games against Westoe, Horden, Middlesbrough, Stockton and Redcar.
The original citing will now be considered by the North RFU on Decmeber 2.
There's little doubt that the side has missed Chocky but stand-in Carl Miller has done an exceptional job with our line-outs improving every week. Miller is actually a back row, and with Ed Britton now concentrating on playing for the University, it gives the management more options.
