John Stabler is still looking round to find a full squad to play in the game which will raise money for the Nathan Painter Fund at Brierton School.
Stabs says: "Lost of other clubs still have league fixtures so we will be playing some of our Colts who will enjoy the run out and we're saying to other Colts and former West players if you fancy a game bring your boots and you'll get a run-out."
The game was postponed from Boxing Day and is in memory of John Painter's son. Fittingly it will also be John's last appearance as a regular player. The prop, who played for West in the First Division under Mark Ring and Mike Brewer, is also stepping down as coach of Tech... he is, of course, leaving on a high note after beating Rovers the other week!
