Rod Maclure and Keith Lupton have contacted county secretary Chris McLoughlin who has confirmed that both sides will be entered.
Lupton says: "The County Cups for both the first teams and the second teams provide great competition and we are entering both.
"We were concerned to hear the West had been barred from 'all' competitions next season. But Chris McLoughlin says the County is aware of the club's problems problems last season and they have taken that into account."
