He admits to being relieved to only get a two week ban following his consecutive sendings off, against Aspatria and Darlington, but is under no illsion that he must keep his discipline in the future.
He says: "All sorts of people were speculating before the hearing, but I have to thank John Stabler who put my side of things brilliantly. He should have been a barrister.
"It was a very fair hearing and I was given two weeks ban for each sending off, but as they are concurrent I will be back in the middle of December.
"The panel did make it quite clear that if I appear before them again this season I could expect a longer ban."
