Chocky is up on two red cards and will be owning up and apologising for the rush of blood to the head which saw him retaliate at Darlington.
But both he and John Stabler are unhappy with the referee's interpretation of the sending off against Aspatria and will appeal.
Chocky tackled the opposition scrum half round the shoulders after he had made a break from a tap penalty. The referee was whistling to bring him back anyway and Chocky unwisely brought his right leg into action to sweep the scrum half's feet from under him. Judo it might have been ... rugby it wasn't.
However, Referee Ged Stone saw it as a dangerous act and that's what John and Chocky dispute. From where I was standing they have a point.
But Chocky will probably be in the line up which travels through the Mersey tunnel to Birkenhead Park. The Merseysiders are having a good run and are up at the top of the table losing only narrowly to league leaders Cleckheaton. It will be another stiff test.
