Tighe At Fly Half

Tighe At Fly Half
Davy Tighe will be at fly half and Peter Hodgson at full back as we take on Aspatria at Brinkburn .... please note kick off is at 3.00 p.m. John Stabler will be on the bench as it is once again a case of all hands to the pumps.

Every fit back is in the squad to take on the Cumbrians who have been bolstered in the past few weeks by the return of a few rugby league players at the end of their season.

We do have Stu Bennett returning in the back row with Paul Rudd having to move to the second row to partner Chocky Davies min the absence of Michael White, and the shoulder injury to Nicky Parker last week.

The front row stays the same as last week which means that the impressive try scoring Carlo Robinson retains his place.

Stabler will be demanding a full 80 minutes performance from the lads this week. Heads went down at Cleckheaton as the game turned half way through the second half, and they ran in four virtually "uncontested" tries in the last ten minutes.

West Hodgson, Barff, Milne, Connolly [capt], Dono, Tighe, Thomas, Painter, Cullinane, Robinson, Rudd, Davies, Tones, Sawyer, Bennett.

Bench: Stabler, Emmerson, Cholmondeley.

Aspatria Dobie, Walton, Nicholls, Tunstall, Hanley, Stoddart, Wood. Forwards from: McCune, Benson, Andrews, Wilson, Thompson, Beverley, Greening, Bowe, N Brown, M Brown.
