There’s a cup competition at the end of the season but no details released yet. Plus there are only 12 teams in the league next season.

RFU finally announced promotion criteria for next season.
For our league it is:
Promotion for Counties and below
Counties 1 will see the top club in each League promoted a League above. Any remaining spaces in the higher league that are needed to be populated will be determined at the end of the season.
