We begin the campaign with a strengthened squad, but with a number of players still missing through holidays or injuries. As a result it will be an early test of strength in depth against a Sandal side which began last season's campaign very well only to falter later.
In come two players with English represenative honours. Gareth Eddy played second row for England Under 16's and 18's while with West - gaining a place at Hartpury College as a result.
Chris Atkins was also a West junior before joining Rovers and played for England Colleges last season in the back row. Both will start tomorrow in a side led by new skipper Dan Boatman.
Gareth Foreman and Stu Waites started the first two friendlies at No. 10, but both are away so the dependable and experienced Davy Tighe continues alongside Andrew Foreman.
Similarly, Andrew Dixon continues at hooker with Liam Bailey also away.
