Jonny Boatman and Iain Dixon are joining the senior coaching squad.  Both are recovering from injury and have a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to offer ...

They'll assist Director of Rugby Kevan Oliphant and Tim Sawyer, who is Director of Coaching, with Boatman involved with the forwards and Dixon with the backs.

Kevan Oliphant says: "Both Tim and I share the view that you need to have new input on a regular basis.  It helps keep things fresh and it's great to get new ideas.

"As a club we want to develop our own talent as much as possible and that includes bringing on our own coaches. In these two we have individuals who can go on to serve the club for years to come."

Kevin,
if we are to develop our younger players we need to get more involement of the senior players in coaching the kids coming through from the mini/junior section. I think if we can organise the senior players to come along once a month and get really involved it would be great for the kids, i know we have Chris Young and Stewy involved with one team but it would be great if it could be organised.
