Dan Carter sends his apologies for not being able to make the 3-2-1 Dinner this Friday - apparently he doesn't want to be upstaged by Stabs.  Instead, he's sent an autographed shirt for  auction ..

It goes without saying that Dan's shirts are coveted throughout the rugby world and we're indebted to former Falcons Chief Exec John Parkinson for using his contacts to secure it for our dinner.

Kevan Oliphant has done a tremendous job in organising the dinner which will see most of the players who took us to the very top of English league rugby reunited.

It will be the start of a busy weeked at the club. The funfair is already been set up ahead of the Beer Festival which will take place on Saturday. The funfair will also be on Sunday afternoon - and if there's any beer left that will also be on sale on Sunday.
