But there are changes to the team which ran in six tries against Old Crocs' local rivals last week. Darren Thomas and Stu Waites are both carrying knocks, but fortunately Colin Cheslin has recovered from flu and will be at full back.
Leading try scorer Stephen Stockdale arrived late last week because of work commitments, but he came off the bench to score a second half hat trick. He'll start at No 8 with the versatile Adam Howard biding his time on the bench to come on as an impact player at some point.
Tom Dixon has also recovered from the calf injury he sustained in the warm up at Rovers, and will make his comeback for the Stags at home to Boro - Ben Lloyd continuing in the second row for the firsts after some solid displays. Carl Miller is unavailable.
It's all change on the bench though. Davy Tighe and Simon Cavey come in to provide the backs cover.
On the Old Crocs's tight pitch its likely to be another forwards battle . The home front row is a formidable force with 45 year old prop Andy Day now well past the 600 game mark for his club. By contrast the West front row must be the youngest in the league with 25 year old Anth Carr the "veteran."
We won the first encounter 23-3 with Old Crocs not enjoying much territory while tackling their socks off. It was windy that day too with the West pack putting on an outstanding display into the gale in the second half. They may need to do the same in Halifax.
