The reverse fixture will be our last home game of the season. Both sides will be hoping that, come Saturday April 16th 2011, they will be in the hunt for immediate promotion back to the National Leagues.
One factor could well be that, for the first time, the bonus points system will operate throughout the leagues.
So it's four for a win, two for a draw, one bonus point for scoring four tries or more and one for losing by seven points or less.
Try bonus points weren't our strong point last season. However, the arrival of the Foremans has certainly added some much needed try scoring potential to the backs.
So has competition for places with players like Gavin Robinson, Scott Butcher and Adam Larkin having excellent pre-season games.
Gareth Kerr [Westoe] is the only regular first teamer to have left d but the bonus is that Scott Jordan is eligible to play most games.
It is a similar situation in the forwards where Adam Coates, Michael Hogan, Joe Rafferty and Alex Barker have all shone in the friendly games - just reward for the hard work they've put into training during the summer.
Liam Bailey showed his potential at the end of last season - now he's 18 he'll be pushing for a place in his favoured front row.
Competition for places promises to be fierce. The coaches will have hard decisions to take each and every week - let's hope that players who don't get the first call stay patient and take their chance when they get it.
It bodes well, but it will be another competitive league. Cleckheaton will be a strong side, Driffield are always a competitive side and Team Northumbria, with former Falcons coach Steve Bates now in a pivotal role, will be a dangerous threat.
City and Morpeth are always capable of beating any side on their day and, with the likes of Dave Scully returning to his first club Wheatley Hills, you never know what the up and coming sides will bring.
Rumour has it that Old Crocs are struggling for first team players while Rovers haven't had the best of the warm-up games.
But how much can you read into that?
