It promises to be a heavy pitch - but no more than the training pitch offered last Tuesday. There was a good turn out, despite the constant hail, which is something we haven't always had on a Tuesday to the frustration of the coaches and the regulars.
Hopefully, we will see the benefit against Penrith. The Cumbrians' backs have been on good form of late with their 38-14 win against Morley last weekend moving them up to third place - as well as making everybody else sit up and take notice.
We beat them 27-22 at Brinkburn back in October with Paul Moss in a starring role in the centre. He's back at fly half for the return trip with Jamie Connolly and Colin Cheslin outside him.
