Tigers inflicted what we hope will remain as our biggest defeat of the season running in more than 50 points.

It was a strange game with the unfortunate sin-binning of Tim Sawyer seeing Tigers run in two first half tries. Then a succession of injuries to the likes of Jon Boatman, Anth Carr and Steve Smart saw a wholesale rejigging of the side including Paul Moss playing in the back row.

Mossy will be restored to fly half for the home game where he'll partner Davy Tighe on his comeback. Ian Wilson is also drafted into the backs to add some experience alongside Jamie Connolly, with Scott Jordan making a rare first team appearance because of his commitments to Durham School, the Falcons Academy and the Independent School Barbarians.

Whether it is a day for backs play is very much in doubt but there can be no excuses if the forwards don't deliver. The coaches have pretty much the first choice pack on show as well as the two Garses on the bench.

Togers will have evergreen player-coach Dave Scully at fly half. They come having lost six games, including their last outing at home to Rochdale, after beginning the the season as one of the favourites for promotion. Theyare still more than capable of securing a play off place.
