At 9.30 the pitch was very icy and only improved slowly during the day. There were two other games off in N2E and the RFU has ruled that they all must be played on the next available Saturday - i.e this week.
It's bad news for Brett Cullinane, who would have started last Saturday, but who is unavailable this week along with Rob Thorn.
There were three games played in the league with Durham City taking the opportunity to close the gap to two points with a fine win at Carlisle. Aspatria also got back to winning ways at home to Gateshead to also close the gap a little.
The frost also put paid to the Stags CaNDY league game at Mowden and the 3Ams trip to Gateshead.
