Anth Carr is West's first team captain with Peter Hodgson as his deputy. At just 21 Anth becomes one of West's youngest ever captains - if not the youngest! His appointment is one of the first moves by Tim Sawyer and "outgoing" skipper Davy Tighe as they take on the day to day running of the team.
