Frankie Coulson has returned to Darlington after guesting in the two friendlies so far when Connolly was missing after his knee op.
Andrew Hare, who scored last week's superb winner at Vale of Lune, will be on one wing with the ever ready Tommy Barff on the other. Darren Thomas will be at full back.
Both Mark Cholmondeley and Nick Prest are unavailable so forwards coach John Panter finds himself wearing the No 1 shirt. Stu Bennett is ruled out through suspension so Tones, Rudd and Sawyer will be in the back row.
Rudd and Tones get the nod ahead of Peter Hodgson after two excellent performances at Vale last week.
We will be able to have seven players on he bench for this game ... and that is proving yo be Stabler's biggest headache!
He says: "We'll at least have Hodgy and Carlo, Baggsy and the Thompson brothers. Compared with recent seasons that's a major improvement and everyone is raring to go.
"The team spirit is excellent and my only regret is that my knees aren't younger!
"The victory at Vale of Lune last week was important, not only because we had a scratch side, but because winning can become a habit."
