I heard a whisper a certain coach he had had enough because some of the teenage / early 20's players would rather pretend they are Stags when all they ever did was warm the stags bench 2 or 3 times last season and now they think it is beneath them, to play for the Bucks / AMS and would rather sit in the club house on match days.

Why are the comments posted on here always negative?

Do we have a problem with speaking to those concerned or going to the coach in charge of that specific team? Must do!

Slagging people off under a a fake name, not very productive if you ask me.

We've got training starting on thursday and the lads I've spoken to cant wait to get started. How about getting behind the 3/4 teams we put out or keep quiet! Long hard season ahead and negative comments and jibes at certain people arent exactly gonna fill the lads, especially the younger one with confidence becuase they do read the message board and it get discussed at training about who said what. Maybe a bit of praise wouldnt go a miss this season.

Just something to think about.

I guess we use a different term in the USA, I mean do they have a senior team where anyone is able to come practice, and try to be apart of the team. Not Necessarily signed to the team.

Yes anyone is welcome to train.

West have 3 senior teams and The Ams also play out of Brinkburn.

You turn up on a Saturday (obviously during season) you will get a game.

Okay, thanks. How many pounds would a player need to live off of for a season do you think?

After I get out of the navy I would like to come to England or France to try a go at rugby for season, maybe get notice. It's hard to get noticed playing in the USA.

How many pounds do you think I'd need to live off of for a season? I saw a few apartments for cheap in Hartlepool area. Definitely running distance from the rugby grounds.

Well it depends on where you go. Us over here like to live on Quail eggs and Caviar so it would be quite costly but if you went over to the dark side, i am told the Pasties and Sausage rolls are really cheap so it would cost not a lot really. :oD:oD
