Hmm, interesting. This could then impact on the game(s) on Sunday if the weather is as bad as had been predicted. I've been advised we can only use each pitch ONCE this weekend and 2 of them are already struggling after being trained on.

Let's hope for not too much wet stuff tomorrow

(btw, I'm reffing the Ams game - OH NO!!!!!!!!)

So if you reffing the Ams game why did you not know it was at home?

Can't we have Quinny? %-). Only kiding anyone is better than him, EVen GF at number 10 is a better ref, than Quinny.

I didn't know, because I was supposed to be at Bishop Auckland v Barnard Castle but they still had snow last night! I got a call tonight asking if I'd do this game instead but wasn't told if it was here or at Aycliffe, so thought I'd ask those in the know.....and got the answer!

Tim, i am sure you will do a cracking job as per usual. I have had to step in 3 times this season to ref and always tried my best, it is a thankless task as well you will know but without the ref, there aint no game!!!

Yes i did, rather than lose the game due to no front row replacement i named myself and found myself on with 23 mins to go.
See i think that is the difference between someone who is old school as it were like me and some sad person like colt45. I aint a prop and never have been but more than held my own in the scrum.
I had a career ending injury when i was about 24 years old (a long time ago) but i would love to play again now.
Honestly, your rugby is over far too quick so get it in now rather than picking and choosing when you feel like it

Bleeding hell, Quinny. Your the size of a prop, well maybe not Karlos proportions like. ;-).

Nah, fair play to you and good to see ppl putting themselves on the line so others get a game.

Your knee looked out place when taping it up before the game so fair play to you. Others of lesser wanting would have said no thanks I'll stay wrapped up.

You're not the only one that played outta position and in the front row Mr Quinn!! Don't forget that I played Loose Head on Saturday. I think I've found my position at last :oD :oD :oD :oP
