Jankie ...

Old Friarage?

Here are the correct "genuine" answers ...

No changing rooms.
No beer.
Area full of inbreds and smack heads.
Open field full of dog poop!

On a historic note, isn't it a bit of a contradiction playing on the Headland as "Hartlepool Dockers"??
I don't think the Aussie Rules coach knows much about the "Hartlepools" as they were pre-amalgamation!

jankie fronson - what a complete fool you are - you don't even know were your own ghetto slums are located. Have you just got in after a night of hanging round the Headland shops drinking white lightening

Moor Terrace is the road down to the :-

"Yuff Battery / Old Light house / old youth club / full of dog s$it.

will they be using BBOB's changing at the tennis courts? as for the pitch, its still one of the best in the town, especially when its the dead of winter as it very rarely gets frozen and has excellent drainage. Only small problem is that its slightly uneven in the middle

Lightwater Valley don't have a caravan park, Flamingo Land do though.

Nowt wrong with it either, I go every year, simply cos I hate the sun.

Shotton International - you have to free fall for 3000 feet then para-glide from west of the A19 (near the Peterlee turn off) to Blackhall Rocks. You then approach to land east of Crimdon Viaduct. If you are lucky you wont get shot by the air rifles in the Dene.

Saying that, the West View / Headland lot will just steal a car then set fire to it in the car park on arrival. At the end of the holiday they will trash the caravan, order a 23 taxi and do a runner when they get back home

the bbob changing rooms and showers at the bowling pavilion are the best in town bar none

the beer is the cos is good and reasonably priced

the pitch is rarely covered in dog mess and in the summer is cool enough to run around on and warm enough to stand watching with pint in hand

always has a decent covering of grass, doesn't get too hard underfoot

just goes to show how few westies venture over there for rugby purposes, preferring to stay in their insular portacabin, molehill infested crime ridden, rift house location

Can't remember the last time I saw a smackhead down the Headland plop.

The Manor, Rossmere and Rift House is rife with them, most of my clients are from that way on. Actually last time I saw a smackhead down the Headland was in an episode of Spender in the early 90's and even then he was played by a thesp called Tarquin.

Number 54 you need to learn more about rugby, Moor Terrace is the address of BBOB's historic pitch, they have brand new purpose built changing rooms and use the Cosmopolitan public house as their base and by the way your version of Google Earth probably needs updating if it is still showing the old youth club there.
