Oldge, fortunately it appears I have qualified for both the ‘older’ and ‘slower’ categories, so will try and get out training next week!!

What about Australian football guys? If your board! We need more players.
Every team we play in the league are Rugby teams.
Middlesbrough RFC, Newcastle Novocastrians RFC, Gateshead RFC & Durham RFC.
