Okay, I take it back about Graeme...
Still by the time we reached Year 10 we had about 8 or 9 lads playing at West on a weekend I think.

Yeh we did. Would be interesting to know how many of them still play?
Andy Laycock did for a long while but think he stopped, Iain Robinson obviously still plays, Milnie has jacked in now! Not sure about many others, in fact i couldn't even tell you if half of them are alive! Hope they are though!
If you can fill me in on anyone Fixture Monkey i would be interested?! Also haven't worked out who you are yet!

Chris Smith - Utility Back (i.e. so crap you don't know where to hide me!)
Not sure who still plays. All still alive as far as I know.
Been trying to work out who was in the starting 15 most of the time:
1. Owen Wilson
2. Jon Bousfield
3. ? or Graeme
4. Stephen Purdy
5. ? or Graeme
6. Mikeyboy
7. Laycock
8. Oldge
9. Nipper/Me
10. Iain Robbo/Me
11. Nick Smith?/Me
12. Allan/Me
13. Me/Nick Smith
14. Various/Me
15. Me/Various
Seem to remeber you were our kicker for a while.

Dont put me into retirement just yet Oldge, prefer to say I am on long term leave from the game and waiting for the right offer!!!
On paper we were not a bad team, obviously stronger then Manor, who always relied on luck to beat us.
Remember Robbo only started at 10 then got fat, after his year in exile.
Chris, Wilson played for Manor.
Mikeyboy was an inspirational second row!!!

All those names take me back awhile. I look back with fond memories of the mini/junior side I was involved with from 7 to 17.
I am very proud that so many have kept on playing, and several making appearances for West 1st XV.
I think the prop you are referring to is Paul Wilson who played for Manor and West.
Some players did continue over at Rovers with Simon Hall being the name that jumps out.
