A Foreman

Seem to remember that his return to Rovers was mentioned on here a few weeks ago. As I see not to be flavour of the month on the Rovers site I will just say that once again West are ahead of the game.

Big step down from Nat 3 to D&N1. What on earth could have persuaded him?

Bit like Ronaldo signing for Blyth Spartans. Complete waste of a good player's with talent.

Wonder how the brown envolope / paying tax situation will work with a couple of HM Constables at the helm of Rovers.

dont critisise the lad for stepping down a couple of divisions to play for the club that brought him through the ranks. dont forget dicko is doing the same for us! shame we couldn't get hold of him though

Totally agree Oldge.

You have to play rugby where you enjoy it and want to be, even if it means moving down.

What are the odds of him leaving Rovers before the season is out to join a team higher up, paying more cash? I reckon about 2-1! Not much loyalty shown over the years to one particular club.

OK DP you got me on this one! However, I must give credit to the Foremans for being loyal servants to their club. Andy's argument in the Mail that he has a baby to think of and doesn't want to spend several nights a week driving backwards and forwards from Blaydon is a sensible one. If he can contribute to "his club" and play alongside his brothers then good luck to him.
