Let's not get all wound up by someone claiming to be a West supporter who then makes an appearance on the Rovers site trying to wind them up as well.
It was a good workout for everyone involved ,but these games are always a bit scrappy which is why I abandoned it to go and support Oldge and Co. in their cup game.
As for picking the team I think we all know who has done a first class job this season and I am surely they will continue to do so.

again im just putting through to you my views of the result i just find it hard to belive how a second team can beat west 1st team who are top of the leauge in their division.

two of the players he named were waller and coates i dont think he dare go any further with his list. For me i thort they both played very well on saturday cotes helled his own against two very good props nogger and anth although the scrom wne back it was controlled and presented good ball for our no 8, and waller ran the game with his kicking and tackling. in my opiniopn west supportor is the one who shouldnt be at the club.

Look boys and girls. You forget that I can tell when someone is causing mischief by using different names on the same thread. I can also go back through previous posts to get a pretty good idea of who it is who is actually doing it.

So can we behave and concentrate on a big weekend for the club?

3Ams knocked out of the cup. (unlucky lads)

i agree we should draw a line under the subject and just get behind the team for saturday whoever that may be! like dave said tim has done an outstanding job and saturday is going to be one wests most important games in years!

i think we need to put saturday into persepective. throughout my playing years 1st vs 2nds or any inter club games have always been interesting for a number of reasons.

2nd teams will always want it more for two reason 1, they believe they are better than their opposite number and should be playing 1st team and 2, feel they have nothing to lose - these two reasons mean that 2nd teams want it more. i am not for one minute having a go at any of the first team but historically this has how these games have gone.

it will have been a great run out for the first team and i am sure will turn frustrations into a great performance on the next 3 league games.

in regard to all of the stags we have some very exciting youngsters coming through the ranks that are getting blooded at a very competitive level. as a front rower i have been very impressed with Ross, Coatesy, Hogan and ryan the way they are developing and in the performances that are starting to come together (which means i have to majorly train unfortunately to play at the best level i can for the club and i am sure this is the case for alot of us oldies in the club aggainst the youngun's). i feel confident that any of the stags and alot of the 3ams would do the club and themselves very proud when they get a 1st team chance.

the club is really moving forward and we are developing massive home grown talent for the future we just need to make sure we keep it in the club.
