I see the rovers site is full of people slagging off their team, not fit or commited enough apparantly. No wonder they are so excited about our new stand, it takes their mind off their new lazy prop who thinks he's a centre:-D

It was hillarious reading Roverman slagging off his team.

I loved it how he started..... There were some promising elements.........then - whooooosh - floodgates open - major slagging off.

:oD:oD:oD:oD:oD

Wonder if he gets any Xmas Cards off the 1st team ??

Sometimes harsh truths are required to gain results.

I like to think I was consturctive in what I said. I was told that they worked on some of these elements in training. So maybe the coaches recognised this themselves.

Don't get me wrong, I think Shepherd could be a good prop, just lacking fitness.

I've never worried much about being liked, especially off you lot and Xmas is just a load of humbug.

If I remember rightly the season we got promoted from Durham Northumberland 1 we got hammered every pre-season game and didn't show any other kind of promise than the fitness of the team, we even lost the first 2 or 3 games and still won the league by a long chalk.

As for your stand I'm all for it, it's about time a club with pretentions of being a North 2 East side got itself some proper facilities so that next time I visit I won't get rained on or muddy feet.

P.S. Council Worker is an oxymoron (look it up) and Stubbsy hasn't done a stroke in 25 years.

Why dont you become a coach Roverman & correct those weak elements because I heard you got stuffed off Billingham.

I would rather have muddy feet and a decent team than a tin shed and a less than average team.
