At the moment he and the other rugby brains at the club are busy sorting out who does what next season for both the 1st sand the Stags.

SCH; I enjoy your inane ramblings. But what access do we have to rugby leauge players; I've played for Driff for the last ten years and have never known a rugby league player play for us.

You'll have to explain to me how Big mackie is a rugby league player who we get to turn out for us?

Alasdair McClarron who was born in Driffield, has lived all his life in Driffield, made his first team debut for Driffield aged 15, played all his mini and junior rugby at Driffield; is Driffield 1st XV's leading tryscorer.

Playing a bit of rugby league for pocket money doesn't make you a rugby league player in my book. And to suggest he is some kind of import is farcical.

So who are our other rugby league players "we have access to" ?

Come on Wonderfish, you know that it is one of the rules of this site that McClarron has to be described as "former rugby league man McClarron" in order for you to clarify every time how he is driffield through and through. It's a bit like how Roy has to start any sentence about Rover's kiwi's with "an idea that west started x years ago...":oD
