Having been away for a week or two I thought I'd catch up with a relaxing lunchtime pint yesterday. I turned up to find hordes of kids with kazoos, car park full of clapped out buses and general mayhem. So I went home. Was there any notice of this being inflicted on members?
So that narrows the field! A Sunday dinnertime wrinklie! :oD
Is the club obliged to tell you of such events?
It was an opportunity for the club to make a few bob over the bar, which is much needed especially now the season has finished.
Just let us know when you intend to come up to the club and we will cancel any such events so you can enjoy your 2 pints in peace.
i think its good the club was packed on sunday, loads of money over the bar so if he is complaining on the club recieveing more money then is he a true supporter?????
its good to be taking revenue from outside the club - we spend all year putting money over the bar, giving up time etc so the more money we can bring in from other sources the better.
At least most of the bookings should be a bit quieter!
May west park allotment consider matching the money taken over the bar so the next kazoo meeting can be cancelled ,he could also consider joining the darkside as it is has a quiet bar every sunday
