Official West Hartlepool RFC

The date is now set.

The Dinner will take place on Friday the 8th of July at the club. Tickets will be £25, this will cover the cost of catering etc. and still raise a bit of cash for The West Wing.

Tickets will have to be a first come first served basis, so please contact any of the following ASAP.Geoff Hainsworth (captainbeef@hotmail.com), Kathryn, Dave Picken at the club or me.Or through this link.

We are currently looking at a function on the Saturday night as well more news to follow.

Also spread the word, this is a club reunion not just players from the 5 teams we used to run, but the team management, commitee, supporters and sponsors.

It also goes without saying that we want todays generation to be there.

Players confirmed at this early stage, since the meeting last night

John Dixon
Jonathon Wrigley
Me
Phil Lancaster

This has the making of an excellent night/weekend, so lets have the names in.

Geoff's Email is captainbeff@hotmail.com

Cheers Quinny, my mistook!

Somnehow I think Captainbeef is more appropritae but never mind. This is a great idea and let us hope it coincides with another promotion.

Is the do in the club or, as was talked about before, in a marquee?

Just had confirmation that the event will take place in a Marquee at the club, there is also a huge event being planned for the Saturday, more info about that shortly from Dave.

As well as players already mentioned the following have intimated they will be there,

Kevin Westgarth
Stabs
Andy Mitchell
Mark baggs
Craig Lee
Glyn Armstrong

We have a small network of people trying to contact ex players etc. But if anyone knows people from that era get in touch with them and ask them to come. There will be initially 200 tickets, so we need to move quickly, we may need a bigger tent!

spread the word
