Going to leave the West v Rovers prediction alone...call me superstious but it always seems to backfire on me.

he won't predict because he knows deep down West will win and his prediction will be wrong but he can't go against his principles and predict a West win...if you can follow my logic%-)%-)

that same logic applies to sch. he would normally predict a 48-0 win for rovers even if he thought it was going to be close. the fact that he's predicted west 9 rovers 24 means he's basically gone for a west win:-D
